Photography is an art form that uses cameras to record pictures. Photography has become an integral part of our culture and communication since the invention of the camera. Cameras have revolutionized our daily lives and now we take photographs everywhere we go, from birthday parties to war zones. Cameras are also a vital part of our military, medical, and security establishments. Photography is also referred to as photojournalism. Through photojournalism, photographers document current events in a way that can be instantly communicated to the public.

Photography was born from the development of photography when Thomas Wedge Dated’s water-color camera in 1826. The name of this camera was “Le décret” which means “the decree” in French. However, this name was later changed to “Le calotype” (meaning “the shot”) by Joseph-Emmanuel Duperly in his pioneering work in 1829. In America, Alexander F flow Murcham invented a single-lens reflex camera in 1853 that produced clear images with moderate depth of field. This paved the way for modern photography and changed how people viewed the world through their lenses.

Photography is a natural extension of painting as it uses similar techniques such as focusing and exposure to produce an image that resembles a real-life scene or object. However, photography differs from painting because it uses concrete materials—such as film or a computer screen—to produce an image that can be preserved permanently. Photography is also an extension of writing when someone communicates through photographs instead of pen and paper or via other writing media such as text messages or e-mail correspondence. Communication becomes more vivid and memorable when transmitted through photographs using modern technology such as apps on your phone or internet access via your laptop or tablet computer.

Photography has become an important means of artistic expression as it allows us to preserve moments in time forever through pictures. Modern technology has brought us countless opportunities to take better photographs than before due to better cameras, lenses, and photographic equipment available nowadays. Photography is also a popular hobby for people all over the world due to its ability to document life from every angle and perspective imaginable— including places no one could see before with their own eyes or on film previously inaccessible by foot or vehicle such as mountaintops, caves, oceans and space stations NASA astronauts visit among other places!

Photography has transformed communication over time by making things look vivid enough for us to understand instantly what happened without needing instant access to newspapers or books containing photos from the event. Photography has become so popular that entire cities have been built around this concept such as cities dedicated exclusively to photography in Germany called Fotolia! Photography will continue its rise in creativity and communications throughout future generations as its applications are currently limitless!
